Description
Pam is a psychotherapist who has been practicing as a therapist for greater than 10+ yrs. As a therapist, she works with clients of all ages, couples and family systems. Pam is known to be personable, and warm hearted. She is a Cognitive Behavioral Client Centered Therapist, who utilizes eclectic approaches while working to empower the client to find and utilize their own strengths in working through problems, managing depression, stress and anxiety, and utilize coping strategies; tools that will help to improve client overall functioning. As a crisis therapist, Pam is comfortable dealing with bereavement issues and loss, as well as, helping clients through trauma and acute crisis. Stabilization and improving coping and overall functioning are key to the work we do in this area of therapy. Self-efficacy, self-esteem, problem-solving enhancement and goal attainment are areas of focus with the client.
