Do you want to make changes, increase your sport or work performance, or feel stuck and unable to get the life you want? My ideal client need only to have a desire to reach his/her potential, and be willing to “get real” to accomplish this. My clients struggle with stress, feeling overwhelmed, anxiety, depression, anger, work/sport/creativity performance issues, relationship/communication issues, co-dependency, loss/grief, and self esteem. Their goals are centered around improving their resiliency, contentment with life, reconcile loss/grief, improve overall balance, and learn peace making skills that are needed to enjoy life. As a former athlete and coach, I understand performance struggles. Anxiety and mental blocks can cause athlete burnout and loss of love for your sport/passion. Similarly, anxiety, stress, and challenges can alter your passion for life. Utilizing mindfulness, EMDR, and other techniques, we’ll explore ways to improve the way you respond to challenges. Change can be daunting when facing it alone. Together we’ll strategize, and form a plan for you. I utilize a holistic, integrative, and person-centered approach by working to balance mind, body, and spirit. It’s all about you, what you would like to change and experience, and helping you free yourself from that which holds you back.
